Training options

• Private group courses held on the client's premises or at one of our sites.
• One-to-one tutorials.
• Attendance by employees in our general courses open to the public.o
• All students of English are welcome to, and encouraged to, participate in our Friday evening Conversation Clubs.
• For students of Spanish a range of relevant field trips are organised to provide practise in real-life situations.

Performance through planning

Planning here is not a finite activity that ends when the course begins. It is a cyclical process that ensures progress and continues up to the achievement of the defined objectives.

• Focus on client's needs and on real, flexible solutions that mean a return on investment
• Detailed needs analysis both with the managers responsible for training and with the section heads involved.
• Evaluation, both written and oral, of the target students' current level – both for planning purposes and as a base for measuring progress.
• Training plan with a variety of options to be agreed with the client.
• Specialised, function-specific courses, when required, to satisfy an organisation's needs
• Ongoing client support throughout the course with detailed updates on each student's progress and any recommendations that flow from teaching the course.
