Course leading to new high-level examination developed by Cambridge ESOL in collaboration with the European experts TransLegal, offered in collaboration with the Colegio de Abogados de Costa Rica.

Aimed at professionals and students of civil law who have an existing level of English equivalent to Lower Advanced (CEF B2).

Contents: contracts, strategic alliances, commercial companies, rights, sale of goods and services, credit obligation, intellectual property, trademarks, contracts of work, negotiable instruments, international transactions, forms of payment, and the environment.

Examination: International English Legal Certificate (ILEC) (CEF B2-C1).
