Where to Stay When you book your course you tell us what type of accommodation you would like. You have various options: homestay with a local family; a hotel or serviced apartment; your own arrangements. We recommend homestay as a means of practising Spanish outside the classroom and gaining an insight into local life. We arrange your homestay in a selected Costa Rican home close to our school where you will find a traditional welcome, typical food and good company. You have your own room with a place to study. Your laundry is done for you and meals are supplied. In your online application you can specify various personal preferences regarding smoking, children, pets, interests, etc. Our host families, who are regularly inspected, have a genuine interest in their guests' comfort - and linguistic progress! The choice is yours. If you prefer to be in a hotel or serviced apartment, we can provide a list of hotel referrals at a price level within your budget.
